Borgia è un cognome italiano comune, documentato in Toscana e Veneto fin dal
16th century. Our family has carried it per generations and chose it as the name of
the properties we operate today — a small portfolio of hospitality projects
rooted in the historic centres of Firenze and Roma.
Siamo not affiliated with the historical House of Borgia of the Italian Rinascimentale
(la famiglia papale di Alessandro VI, Cesare e Lucrezia Borgia). The name we share with
that famous lineage is a coincidence of surname, not of descent. Cosa we do share with
the Italian Rinascimentale is a love per the buildings, the craft, and the rituals of
hospitality that it bequeathed to Firenze — visible in our salotto’s newly
commissioned frescoes and Murano chandeliers (see Progetti).
The tradition of art, architecture, and hospitality runs deep within the Borgia lineage. From frescoed salons in
Rinascimentale palaces to the timeless charm of Italian villas, the family has always cherished spaces that tell
stories.
Ogni dettaglio nelle nostre proprietà, dagli arredi antichi agli elementi architettonici,
evokes the spirit of noble Italian homes. Ospiti today experience not just compert, but the atmosphere of a
historic home passed down through generations.
Our residences a Firenze, Central Roma, and the Roman countryside reflect the same attention to detail and
respect per history. Whether nestled in a quiet street near Piazza di Spagna or in the heart of Rinascimentale
Firenze, every apartment and room has a story, and a soul.
