The location is excellent for visiting the city. The room and bathroom were very good with everything you need, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Much like the city vibe, it is stately and elegant. The room was great, and once you leave it, you walk into a grand hallway that has coffee, tea and snacks at your disposal.

Excellent location on plaza. Only a short walk to main attractions and a block from the river. The plaza was lively but the room was quiet. Several restaurants nearby. The coffee machine in the open sitting room was real plus.

Really nice inside, bed was huge, free coffee making. But the best thing is the location, incredible. Easy walk to the train station and everything in Florence is a stones throw.
